With a sleeping baby on me. Not sure what's up, but Oliver woke up crying at 3am and wouldn't let me put him down.
I brought him to my room and then I heard a loud noise in the house that scared me. Then I heard it again about ten mins later. Finally, I fell asleep with the baby laying on me.
About 30 mins ago, while dreaming that someone is trying to get into the house, I hear the noise again. This time I wake up DH. Now he's wide awake watching tv in the living room and I am still wide awake in my bed with a baby on me. Good times.

Tell O to stop celebrating Independence Day already. No more fireworks in the house.
I'm betting 3 things.
1. It's your water treatment system in the basement again.
2. Or your house is haunted.
3. Or a little girl and 3 bears fight over sleeping in your super comfortable beds.

Uggggghhhhhh!!! Well....it rained here for a few days now and it turns out it was the sump pump. I really need to get used to the noises of this house!!!
I'm going to need a vat of coffee today.
