I know I am not on here very much but can I ask a personal ? Pls
Hey ladies,
I have a lot of stuff in my life, I needed surgery, dd was rushed to the er via ambulance, my ds has these high explained fevers that we can't figure out and been to many different docs and er visits. My fathers health is not good. My dh is pretty good but my nerves are shot and little things he says that I know are jokes just set me off.
I never take it out on my children or family but I am a big bundle of nerves. My hand shakes and when I get stressed it gets really bad.
A friend of mine told me I should ask my doc for some anti anxiety pills such as Xanax. I never took them before and afraid of meds. I have taken pain pills after my surgeries and c sections and she said they act the same way by making my brain act slower???? I have two kids I take care of....
Anyone had any experience with this type of drug? I don't know if I should ask for this or not.
