Total AW: vacation pics

I just wanted to share a few of these here, we just got back from a 4 day vacation and had a BLAST! As per usual, with the theme of the board, I loved traveling with our only kiddo We had a blast together. I also love how it gets easier and easier as she gets older, too. I'm glad to be home, though. In our own beds, and I'm sorta excited for real home cooked food tomorrow. But, it was amazingly fun.

We played lots of ball. This field is awesome. You have mountains to one side, the lake to the other.. (you just can't see the lake from this view).

Our hotel had an amazing pool room! A hot tub, a huge lap pool w/ slide for adults, a kiddo section. LOVED! We had rain off and on for 2 of the days, so came here when we couldn't use the beach.

FYI- stuff like this is great with an only! We could breeze through the course without holding people way up. So fun! This was the first year we took her golfing.

And lastly, her in front of the Lake. If you look to the right, you'll see a steamboat. We took her on that for the first time, too.. an hour tour She loved it!

Was totally awesome to take her to a place I spent my childhood vacations at, and do all the things I did!

That was Lake George, NY.. the steamboat tour is super cool. I took the same boat/tour when I was a kid, so it was neat to take my daughter back there and do the same.

Oh awesome! My family went to Lake George a couple times when I was a kid. I guess we never did the steamboat ride because I don't remember it at all. That is on my list of places to take DD when she gets a little older. It's nice to have destination towns that aren't too far away, but far enough where you can have a relaxing vacation.

Ohhh you need to! We go every summer, it's just an hour away from us. But we've never stayed 4 days before. Usually we just do a day trip, or 1 night in a hotel. We were able to do a ton of stuff in 4 days. It's a really really awesome place for kids (and parents, too). The boat we were on is the Minnie-Ha-Ha, my DD got a kick out of the name
