I still kinda hate working out

Ugh. I get the "high" afterwards and think "Yes, I just made that workout my biitch." but getting the motivation to do it is really hard. Especially leg day, I hate leg day. No real point to this, except I'm stalling on getting myself to the treadmill.

  • lol. Yea, when it comes to working out actually getting the motivation to do it is half the battle! After my daughter is born I'm hoping to get back into zumba, I was doing it 3-4 times a week before I got pregnant. And a normal workout too. Gotta lose that baby fat! Anyway, motivation is the hard part...you can do it! Think about how good you feel afterward. :)

  • I worked out quite a bit and loved it until I got pregnant. Then the morning sickness hit and I couldn't hack it anymore, then I just got lazy. After K was born (ELEVEN MONTHS AGO TOMORROW!!!!!) I just didn't have the energy. I have to force myself now. I'll get there again. Slowly. lol

  • Do you have an Instagram!? Try looking up motivation pictures and quotes. Helps me all the time..its kinda funny how its all a mental thing lol
  • My motivation is cookies. The more I work out, the more cookies I get to eat.
