Blood clots ?

Hey everyone, I posted a week ago about some red bleeding cramping I had, I went to the Dr. and had a u/s baby looked great and so did my cervix, I have continued to have light pinkish bleeding everyday since. Last night I went to the restroom and passed like 4 nickle to dime sized blood clots, I had zero pain, i do have what kinda feels like pressure in my vagina, I have no idea how to explain that lol. I did put in a call to my OB so should be hearing back shortly, so I guess I want to know if any of the other spotting ladies have had this, I of course am freaking out even though my Dr. said not to worry unless its Bright red and soaking a pad in an hr. Thanks in advance !

    In my follow up appt, my Dr indicated there are lots of reasons you can have spotting, bleeding, etc and the fact that I hadnt had any serious pain nor was there a large amount of blood, she didn't seem too concerned. 

    Basically, she said to remain on pelvic rest for at least 2 weeks, as well as rest until all spotting / cramping stopped and then just take it easy.

    That was exactly what my Dr. said, and I am sure they will tell me when they call back. I fear I am turning into "that pregnant person who calls once a week" I can't help it, I am freaking out haha. My first two pregnancies breezed by with zero complications, so this is not normal for me !

    Eh, I feel like that person - between 3 different ER visits for dehydration and spotting, medication needs, botched urine collection etc, they know me for sure.  At least in my mind they are appropriate calls, as opposed to the "OMG, I took a bite of deli meat" or "I'm 6 weeks and not feeling movement, should I be concerned?".  Some people just have more crap happening - in the end, its better to be safe than sorry so call, call, call!

    I have also had small clots. Dr doesn't seem to appear worried but it naturally freaks me out. I am sick of it but will take it for a baby in the end!

    I didn't see your irginal post so may be way off here, but do you think it's a UTI? Are you urinating it? I was urinating clots like that out of nowhere a few months back and had no symptoms of a UTI and turns out I had one for a while without knowing.
