WTF is this? I have pain like a cogged duct or mastitis but I can't find any lumps or swelling to indicate a clogged duct. I have no fever or other symptoms and it seems like he's getting plenty when he nurses. Should I treat it like a clog even though I can't find it?

    I get these from time to time. I don't know what it is, but I just assume it's something to do with my cycle coming back.

    It could deeper or under the nipple? Maybe try laying down on your back and seeing what you feel? That helps me feel lumps better sometimes.
