Any Krav Maga ladies?

I am a level 2 Krav Maga at my gym and since I found out I was pregnant I stopped doing my workouts. ((So its been about two months since those fantastic workouts)) 

For those of you unfamiliar with Krav Maga It's full contact,  grappling, sparing, punching, kicking, learning how to get out of choke holds from multiple positions, how to disarm weapons, etc.. 

 Anyway, I am wondering what you ladies are doing to keep your bodies in fighting shape? My arms have lost a lot of muscle and my core is turning to mush. Any advice is welcome!

  • I go to a Krav Mega gym but I perform CrossFit there :) I have stayed up with my CF workouts to this point.. I don't think the intensity would be too different from KM but with less contact ....

  • I also did Krav Maga classes. I am currently 30 weeks pregnant and stopped Krav early on but I have been doing CrossFit ever since and going strong. I also take our heavy bags class to get some of the aspects from Krav (e.g., punching, kicking) but it's only with the bag and not other people! Good luck and keep it up!
