I am searching for a spot to babymoon in July. It is out first anniversary and I will be 37 weeks pregnant. Doc says I can only go 1-130 hours away from Rochester. Anyone have any suggestions of what we should do? I feel like everything is on the Lake Michigan side or all the way up north. Please help!! Thank you!
Lots of things you could do downtown---depending on the weekend you were going there might be something going on. Campus Martius has things going on all of the time. Lots of places to eat downtown and around the city. You could also check out and see if there are any theatre productions that you might be interested in. As PP said above there is the casinos down there as well.
Frankenmuth is about an hour away. You could stay at the bavarian inn. Go shopping at birch run. Pick up a new christmas ornament at Bronners.
Or if you wanted to stay closer to home--maybe splurge on a hotel room and fancy dinner. Then sleep in (trust me you will miss doing this once you have a LO) and order room service for breakfast in bed.
Thank you for the feedback ladies! Your right at this point it's the chance for a quiet night alone with my hubby followed by sleeping in as much as this little baby will let me :
