So our "little" july 4th party has kind of exploded into a much larger crowd... so I want to double check my menu and suggest additional items. This is an outdoor shindig, and its going to be 90+ degrees out. We have adults and kids. I feel like I need a few more options.. but I dont know what,

I second maybe a pasta salad or some grilled veggies. You have a great menu so far!

I am feeling so jealous right now!! I wanted to do a BBQ for 4th of July but my parents are coming in town and they both are on super healthy diets (nothing processed, whole grains, no sugar, low fat, meat sparingly) due to recent health problems so we have to eat boring healthy food all weekend! I guess we could BBQ some fish.....not the same as a good burger! At least we can eat lots of fruit!!
Watermelon is all I'd add to your menu. But it looks super yummy as is! Have fun!
ETA: maybe watermelon is already in your mixed fruit!
