Have DS's birthday party before we move or after

We are selling our house. Probably closing next week. Them we will have 30 days. At this point, we are looking for a place to rent since we haven't found anything to buy.
We are supposed to be in vacation over DS's birthday, August 8th. Should we have it here before we move? Or wait until after we move/come back from vacation and do it in our new place or local park?
