What are you doing for the weekend? I think since DH is out if town I'm going to a girlfriend's house for a Pinterest potluck and some fireworks.

What are your plans? Going out of town or staying home?

We get some nice fireworks around here in different towns.

We're taking our bikes downtown to the river to watch them shoot fireworks off the bridge! It's gonna be awesome!

It's flooded out where they normally do it but this should be cooler looking!

Eta ... Actually my neighborhood does fireworks so I will prob just lay in the pool with a drink and watch the show like I did last year.

Going to the in-laws, taking DD canoeing for the 1st time, then Friday going to meet my new nephew who is a week old and hanging out at our friends' pool.

I have to work on Friday so just going to a pool party on the fourth in the Dirty Jerz. Otherwise, we will be back in the city for the weekend which I'm kind of looking forward to since it will be empty!

Hubs is at work, so I have the day to myself. YAY!

I might hang out by the pool with my BFF. We're not really into fireworks, but we'll probably sit out on the balcony with a drink and have a look-see.

We're headed down to see Hubs' family since it's his grandfather's birthday on Sunday. Apparently I am making cupcakes.

I'm working on the 4th. I'm a nurse so I won't get home until 7:30 that night. I'm hoping to take my LO down to watch my towns fireworks show that night though. It will be interesting to see how she reacts...

DH has to work so it will just be DS and I. We are going to my MIL for fireworks with DH and then Saturday we are going to my parent's home for fireworks (again without DH since he works that day too).

DH and I are hanging out with his family, since they only live about an hour away. On the 3rd, we're going to see some fireworks. There will also be a band playing for a while beforehand. On the 4th, we're having a cookout/campfire at his family's house +/- swimming if the weather is nice (they have a pool). If it rains we might go see "The Lone Ranger".

Partying with the family, aw yeah... Cool

My sister throws the annual 4th of July party so we are heading over there. My niece's birthday is the 7th and since she is still young we throw in her birthday party with the 4th of July. So presents for her, birthday cake, swimming, BBQ, and fireworks.

I took Friday off of work so yay 4 day weekend!

BFF is coming over and we'll probably go to my dad's house for a cookout before going to see fireworks down the road. Pretty tame this year.
