Nightly wake up's-normal?

I feel like I'm never going to have another uninterrupted night of sleep for the rest of my life lol. And that's probably true, I'm sure all parents can say that. But I'm just not sure if this is "normal". My almost 1 year olds wake me up anywhere between 2-4 times/night between the 2 of them. Nothing crazy, just needing a paci and to be retucked, but it's still waking and it's starting to concern me. I've tried somewhat letting them go but they don't stop til I go in and they end up waking the other with the noise. Any thoughts? TIA.

  • My 3 yo just started sleeping through the night about 5 months ago. I haven't had a full nights sleep since DS 1 was born almost 5 years ago. I don't have any good sleep advice since mine never sleep well. Just good luck and remember they won't need you at night forever.

  • They need to learn to comfort them selves, find their own binks ect. My boys are 7 months and just started sleeping through the night cause I taught them to comfort them selfs to sleep. Look up the book, "healthy sleep habits, happy child"
  • Binki straps that clip to their jammies are the best invention ever! Look into the Booginhead ones. You can get them from amazon or buy buy baby.
