Baby at 10 months... 1st Bday ideas?

Our little one had started walking and has spouted two teeth this month! He is saying the words "go", "dada", "baba", and "mum". He is such a happy baby, has a great sense of humor and LOTS of energy! He's really into Yo Gabba Gabba... Any first birthday ideas for this theme??
