So my LO was born 5 weeks early weighing in at 4lbs 7 oz. she is now 6 weeks and over the past month has gained almost 3 pounds! Now up to just over 7 pounds! The pediatrician seemed surprised as she is now on the growth charts in the 2 percent range!

That is good to hear! My son was born 5 weeks early and he has just about gained 2 pounds over his birth weight. He was born back on May 24th.

Awesome! My daughter came 5 weeks early too and will be 6 weeks on Thursday. She was 3 lb 14 oz at birth and was 6 lb 3 oz as of yesterday. It feels good to get on the growth charts, doesn't it?

WOW! That is awesome. I was excited yesterday because DD made it to 3kg. She was born 5 weeks ago, 7 weeks early at 2.3kg.

That's awesome!! I know how stressed I was about weight gain. My LO was born at 4.2 pounds at 36 weeks. At his 2 mo. Check up he was 9 pounds 15 ounces... He was 10th percentile in weight, the little chunker :-)

Congrats!! DD just weighed in at 6lbs today at 4 weeks. She was born at 36 weeks, and we're not quite on the charts yet, but we're thisclose and gaining on a good curve. Very exciting!

When you ladies say charts....are you referring to the charts bases on their birth date or their adjusted age?

DD was born 6 wks early at 4lb 1 oz and at 18 weeks she was 9 lb 14 oz.

Way to go LO! My 35 weeker had his 6 month check up last week and weighs 17 whopping pounds! He was 5lbs 9oz at birth! In the beginning I thought he'd never gain weight but then he started piling it on!!
