Were you able to come to a decision that both you and DH are comfortable with? I've been thinking of you all weekend

Re: **Ocean**
Yep -- We are OAD.
I'm a little sad about this, and dealing with the thought that I won't be pg again and have a sibling for DD, but I'm mostly relieved. I just kept having a "don't press your luck" kind of feeling, and we're just so happy with our family the way it is that it feels complete.
DH started taking his RA meds yesterday, so hopefully he'll start feeling better in a few weeks. And if we really think in six months or a year that we want another, he can always go off the meds and we can try. But I don't forsee that.
It's funny, my BFF reminded me last night that after we had DD I was the one who was on the fence about having another. While we were never 100% about TTC2, DH was more for it until recently, then I was all gung-ho.
Thanks for thinking of me! And I know that DD can have a good playmate/friend in H over the years once we start doing some playdates together!
I'm glad you came to a decision! I know it's going to be hard sometimes (trust me) to think about only having one. But we're here with you, and at least now K will start to feel some relief from his RA!
And DEFINITELY! H and A will be great friends
The year difference in age won't even really be noticable in another year-ish. I'm excited for that!

Totally -- once H hits 2 then we can meet up at all the parks (We LOVE George George, and Waldenburg is nice, too). Do you guys do the vegetable at PC? Let me know next time you go there!
And I'm really hoping DH gets relief quick. I feel bad that we delayed this for a month for no reason. Oh, well. At least we had time to come to a decision that we didn't feel "as" rushed in.
Hey, when do you guys leave for Italy?
Waiting wasn't for nothing - you needed the time to process the decision.
I think we might take H to the fountains at PC to play in the water on Sunday after her nap. What is the vegetable? I really need to start figuring these things out LOL
Have you been to Macomb Corners Park? It's really close to my house and is really nice!
We leave on the 27th! I'm starting to freak out about the whole trip!

The vegetables are next to the fountains, to climb on? DD loved them last summer and has a blast there now. We'll be doing house stuff Sunday, so if you're looking for company let me know & we'll see where we're at, if it's time for a break, etc.
We haven't been there yet w/ DD, but yes, it's nice! Maybe we'll try that one next.
So exciting!!! Don't freak out, you're going to have an amazing time and the travel will be FINE!!! Just imagine how you'll get around the airport & to your destination while carrying all your stuff and you'll be fine. Like, I knew I'd wear DD at the airport & put carry-on's in her stroller, etc. I wish we would've packed just one less bag, lol, because it was a lot with her carseat, etc., but live and learn, lol.
Not sure if you're planning on using Benadryl on the flight (we did, it helped) but make sure you try it out beforehand to make sure it doesn't make H rowdy.
You will have so much FUN!!!!!!
I just ordered a boba air so I (or A) can wear her in the airport and on excursions etc. We're going to gate check the stroller and will be using the carseat on the plane. We'll have our 3 carry-on bags too. And checking 3 big suitcases (she's ticketed so she gets her own carry on and free checked bag!) Luckily, my parents, aunt/uncle and 4 cousins are all on our same flight, so we'll have help. My cousin and her husband are bringing their 5 month old, so I don't envy that LOL
We've used benedryl in the past, and it makes her tired, so that's defnitely in the plans. Can we bring it through security though? Did you buy milk after security? Or can I bring a couple of those horizon individual milks?

DX: High FSH/DOR
It took 44 cycles, just over 3 years, 6 failed IUI's in MI, and 1 round of IVF at CCRM to get our BFP!

You can bring Benadryl through security, just make sure it is in your liquid bag and under the required ounces. Milk we just bought there. Bring lots of dry snacks and dd loved her bags of ribbons, pom poms, stickers and finger puppets.
