2 y.o. always naked?

I am assuming its a phase but I wantedto see if any of u other moms had kids that did this. My DD is 2 and is always naked! Ha as soon as we get home she takes off all of her clothes. I am wondering if she does it bc she figured out how to take them off? It doesnt bother me, I just find it funny.

    My nephew was the same way. He just didn't like clothes...

    We are potty training so DD is naked all the time as well. She turned 2 in April and even before her PTing interest she hated clothes.

    My two year old son goes through spurts of wanting to be clothed and then naked. We were at my inlaws this past weekend and he was playing in the garage. My MIL went to check on him, he had taken off his shorts and underwear and was riding his battery operated 4wheeler naked from the waist down!! It was hilarious!! My SIL tried taking a picture and he turns around and says "NO pictures!!"

    We go back and forth. Sometimes he wants to be naked and sometimes just getting his pjs off for appropriate day time clothing is a nightmare!

    I think I used to be this way when I was little. When my oldest nephew was around 2 (who is now about to be 9) he started refusing to wear anything with buttons or jeans. He still to this day only wears t-shirts and exercise-like pants/shorts...

    My DD loves being naked... As soon as the diaper and clothes are off she is running for the hills! We just laugh, shes a little nudist. We are potty training too so the nudity is easier than changing outfits every half hour lol.

    My SILs nickname is "Jaybird" for that reason. From my understanding, it was a phase, just a long one.

    My dd, 5 in a few weeks, is a strictly-unders kinda girl. When she's home, she's in her underwear and that's it. Considering she's been this way for over 3 years, I don't think it's a phase. lol We're going to have to break it over this next year, though.

    My guess is that it's a way to assert independence. Praise her undressing abilities and then direct HER to pick out and dress in house clothes.

    Ok insteresting phase these kids go.through! Its really funny bc DD will take off her clothes and do a little dance and say mama, nakeeedddd! Ha

    Our DDs are the same age.  And yes.  Clothing is optional when we are at home.  But she knows she has to wear clothes when we go out.

    DS is 2.5 and loves to be naked. Since its so hot he is sleeping in just undies. So after he goes potty in the morning he doesn't want to put any clothes back on and runs around naked until we have to leave. lol
    I used to be a big deal.  Now I'm just old.
