So, G wakes up from his nap, and I decide it's time to go to the grocery store. I round up him and R:

And I drive away into the beautiful sunshine. We get to the grocery store, and on cue, G loses his ish.

So, I grab some Gerber cookies off the shelf, tear into them like a rabid dog, and hand him one to calm his little azz down.

He's finally resembling a human child again, so I continue on. It's 5pm, so it's packed and I want to kill everyone.

We get the cash register and I'm all kinds of disorganized. I can't find my debit card. I can't find my coupons. G keeps trying to shove this half slobbered cookie in my mouth. The cashier is all like, "OMGZZZ, SHE'S SO CUTE."

We walk towards the doors and...it's pouring. I mean, torrential downpour.

Thankfully, I have this gigantic umbrella in my purse. So, score one for the mom team, right? I open it up and G, of course, loses it again:

Whatever, kid. I somehow, straight by the grace of God, get into the car, all while holding the umbrella, G, the car keys, and his diaper bag.

I get him in the car, shove the groceries in the trunk, and then there sits the empty cart. Guess what, TB? I fuggin' left that shitt right there.

I get home, leave the groceries in the trunk for SO to deal with when he gets home, my mom comes over and I'm off duty.
