Headaches Day 3 11wks

Hey ladies. Im 11 weeks today and am going on 3 days of the same headache. Its not enough to take anything although I would have day 1 if not pregnant, but it is certainly annoying. I've been drinking a gallon of water every day and also getting 8 hours of sleep each night so it can't be dehydration/exhaustion. Anyone else experience anything similar around 11 wks? :
I can't make a signature with a picture and/or a ticker for the life of me...

I'm having a baby, due 1/20/14.

    I just wrote a post yesterday about waking up with one every morning. Tea def helped me and I broke down and took a tylenol. Hope you get some relief soon!

    I had a bad headache at 9 weeks for 5 days straight. Nothing helped and it went away after 5 days on its own...thank goodness.

    Mine have been on and off for three weeks already. I don't hesitate to take a Tylenol if I need to. Part of the reason for me must be the lack of caffeine. I normally have at least two big cups of coffee per day and the smell of coffee has been unbearable to me so I'm doing without. That's probably why drinking tea often helps a bit.

    I've had bad headaches for the past few weeks. I took Tylenol for the first time yesterday and it didn't help at all. I'm starting to wonder if it's allergy related.

    I was getting them daily last week (more migraine, causing additional nausea, than yours sound). I did take Tylenol but it didn't do anything. Finally called my OB and she said excedrin migraine was fine to take.  Took one and haven't had a headache since.

    I take Tylenol when I know I'm not going to be able to go to bed within the hour.  It's on the approved list....so when I can sleep it off I prefer to do that...but otherwise I don't beat myself up over 2 tylenol! It's not worth the suffering!

    Thanks for all the advice ladies. Took a nap for an hour and a half when I got home from work. Woke up, and my "annoying" headache was WAY WORSE. An hour later I broke down and took a Tylenol. Now, it's been an hour and only a little relief. We're back to annoying.

    I'm not going to take anymore Tylenol, but I am about to attack some Oreos and milk..."for my headache" let you know how that goes! ; haha
