TTC Our first miracle baby.
I've ordered from zulilly. Last week I got a pair of capris and a pair of jeans for about 38 dollars including shipping. Should get them tomorrow so don't know about the quality yet. But I did get a pair of shorts and a shirt about a month ago and so far I am really happy with them. The only actual store that sells maternity in my town is Target and they only have like two racks of stuff. I haven't bought anything there as of yet because i don't want to look like every other pregger in town.
Zulily, and eBay, but you have to be willing to keep checking in regularly, because there's a lot of spendy stuff (Zulily) and crap (eBay) mixed in with the inexpensive nice stuff. I also looked at the Target stuff and the Motherhood Maternity, but it was mostly meh for me.

My favorite pants that I have are from Motherhood. Tops and such are mostly from Old Navy and Gap. I have had great luck buying from Ann Taylor Loft online and they have some pretty frequent sales. To me it depends mostly on the types of clothing you are looking for. For professional dress clothes, definitely AT Loft, Gap and Motherhood. For just regular wear everyday types of clothes definitely Old Navy and Target. Don't forget to check out Thrift stores and consignment shops. Lots of times there are barely or never used items that have been dropped off.
I have stuff from Target, Motherhood, Pea in the Pod, and Gap. The best work appropriate pants are from Gap (that I've found) and I have great dresses and tops from all four. Target and Motherhood have good casual clothes that are inexpensive.

TTC #1 September 2012. BFP 2-2-13. DS born 10-16-13.
TTC #2 in December 2014. BFP 12-31-14. Expecting a September baby!
I got my cheapest and some of my favorite stuff from consignment. I'd look around your area and see if you have any consignment stores who might offer maternity!
I've been hitting up HM whenever I get a chance. They have a maternity section where I live and have cute dresses, tops, and pants for reasonable prices. Also, sometimes you can find pieces that aren't maternity that are flowy enough to fit your growing baby bump.
Motherhood has some good stuff too. And I think Ann Taylor is having a semi annual sale.
I've bought mine from Motherhood Maternity. They are also having a big sale on sale and clearance merchandise and tanks and tees right now! Go check their website out.
I discovered a site the other day -- ThredUp --it's "like new" used clothes. I ordered a pair of maternity jeans (Duo) and two maternity tops (GAP) and they all looked brand new. Saved a ton too! I had a $10 off coupon and only ended up paying around $11 with S&H. Not sure if I can put a direct link, but here's a link with the $10 off your first order: https://www.thredup.com/r/CY86LE
JCPenney.com has some decent looking maternity dresses and tops. I ordered a lot from there yesterday. I got 6 dresses and a pair of denim shorts for $155. They have a code for 20% off $100+ (21EXOFF).
I was lucky enough to get a bunch from a coworker. What i've bought has been on sale at motherhood, old navy, and at goodwill. if you have local maternity board I would ask if anyone has any to sell.
I've had the best luck with Gilt or going up a size in nonmaternity clothes. Gilt is a little expensive, but I think the tops and dresses from them should last the whole pregnancy with some creative layering in the fall.
I get mine from Target, Pea in the Pod and Gap. If you look for sales you can score some great quality items. 1 nice pear of jeans is a must and I scored at gap's 4th of July sale and got some $70 jeans for $41. I also got a bunch of tanks really marked down. I love Gap tanks because they don't fade too quickly. I'm using all of mine on this second pregnancy. My Target ones on the other hand are horribly faded so they are pj wear. You can score on cheap clearance tops at Target. I got some cute t-shirts for $5 on clearance, so I don't care if they fade for that price. Pea in the Pod is also having a great sale and lots of their stuff has awesome sales. They have cute dresses for $40 on sale that will last. Happy shopping!!
