Serious back pain!!

I woke up around 5 AM with severe back pain. It's in my lower back and I am having pains in the front too! Holy moly! I heard about back labor pains but I didn't hear about pregnancy back. This is so freakin painful I just didn't know how to put it any other way what do you ladies do to help this? I am sitting in our massage chair right now but it's just soso

    I just read that real contractions vs Braxton Hicks contractions go from the lower back and move forward... Are you sure it's not that? If there's any chance you think it is I would get to Labor and Delivery as soon as possible!!!

    Could it have been from how you slept?  I woke up in pain for a week and caved and bought a body pillow to stick between my legs and hug.  It fixed my lower back pain.  I don't think I had pain in the front though...
