Pooing like a newborn?

So are any of you seeing an increase in the amount of poopy diapers you see in a day? Keith went from having 1 everyday to having 78 a day again. He had diarrhea for about a week after his ped told me to increase the amount of dairy in my diet because she thought it would help his dairy sensitivity. After I cut back down, against her advice they are more structured but he is still going a lot. I don't know if it is related to the dairy or what, but I'm a little worried. Am I crazy for worrying, or should I take him to the dr?

    He is he has 3 coming in one of them is a molar, I bet that's it.

    This was going to be my guess, too. Sam and Viv are both going through the same thing. Teething is just cruel.

    I'm going to say teething as well. Happens to DD every single time she cuts a tooth. A horrible diaper rash arrives right along with it.
