Rash on baby's neck - anything that helps?

DD is this rash on her neck that looks yeasty. Have been putting Lotramin on it for a few days but it doesn't appear to be working. Will call the doc on Monday, but in the mean time is there anything you've used that helps? She doesn't appear to be trying to scratch at it or anything, but it doesn't look like it's gotten any better either.

    DD had a rash on the neck too. I wiped neck clean with a warm washcloth, dried and applied aquaphor. It took about 3-5 dys to clear

    What Do You mean by yeasty? try and keep it clean and dry. could be milk that has gathered in the folds.

    TTC since May 2006. After 3 failed Clomid cycles, 2 failed Injectibles/IUIs, 2 failed IVFs and 1 failed FET, we moved on to adoption!

    Last ditch FET resulted in BFP, and identical twin girls!

    My baby had the same thing..whitish yellow very smelly "neck cheese" as my husband called it Ped prescribed cream forget what it's called I have to put it on everyday or it comes bk.
