That sounds cold to me but I live in an area where we don't have ac. Anxiety in the beginning is normal but can quickly lead to post partum depression so keep tabs on yourself.
Don't worry...it gets easier! I worried about everything with my first and it took about two months to feel like I was getting the hang of everything and stop second guessing myself
And now with my second I'm way less worried and more laid back about everything
I'm pretty sure the recommended temperature for a baby's room is between 68 and 72 degrees. Apparently a cool room reduces SIDS risk. We keep our house at 70 degrees year round and I think it's comfortable.
