Invite meltdown

For those you that have already sent birthday party invites... HOW DID YOU DO IT?! I'm sitting here addressing them bawling. Such a bittersweet thing! I never believed people who said all the oh it goes by so fast stuff, but now I realize just how right they were. Crazy!

    I'm more excited than sad. I was the same with DD. I have cried at each of her birthdays when we sing happy birthday. They're not big tears but I definitely get misty eyed and have to turn away to compose myself. It's very emotional to know that another year has gone by; another year of growth and milestones. It's all good stuff :]

    Did you have your DD early, or are you sending them out for August? If you're sending them out for August, then I applaud you! We haven't even thought about DD's birthday yet.

     Also, is her birthday on a week day? If so, are you doing it on the weekend or just having it on the day of? I guess that's why I haven't thought much about it is I haven't decided on that front.

    I am doing them for August. He party is on the 10th. Her bday is the next Monday.
