How much pay babysitter?

I'm in Waukesha, and I am wondering what the going rate is for babysitting. My first baby is due in August and I plan to return to work when she is 8 weeks old. I work 2nd shift part-time and my husband works first so we are in the works of arranging a sitter (She's a SAHM with her own toddler, and we'd drop the baby off and pick baby up from the sitter) 1-2 days a week from approximately 1:30-6 PM. It would be week days only, no weekends.

I have no idea how much sitters are paid, since I haven't babysat for anyone in over a decade! Thanks!
