Curious what's the craziest

So this afternoon I found myself in much need of a shower while I was only one home with baby. This made me curious what's the craziest things other April mommies have had to do in order to get a shower?  I found myself lifting the cradle over a 3 1/2 foot tall baby gate and showering with LO in cradle in bathroom and 2 dogs in bathroom with us as well. Needless to say it was a littler crowded and not very relaxing.

    When my DS1 was around 6 months, I'd bring him in the shower with me with a bunch of toys. He'd sit on the floor and play while I showered above him then I'd hold him and wash him up, too. We did that until he was about 2. It worked great!

    same here.....now if we're talking about using the bathroom that's another story. When I got sick & it was coming out the back & front end last week I had to hold him like Simba from LIon King while I threw up & used the restroom. No bueno

    I put her in the RnP and bring her in the bathroom.  I sing to her to keep her calm, she has a short attention span!

    I had him in the car seat for a few times in the early weeks while I took a shower. Once he started hating his car seat, I couldn't shower until he was asleep then.

    I strapped him in his swing in my bedroom and had the hair dryer on low under the swing. He loves the hair dryer! I took a shower with the door open to hear if he started havi hysterics. But he was fine.

    The other day I put my perfectly happy baby in the bouncer while I hopped in the shower. Five minutes in he started crying and fussing. I found myself singing he's got the whole world in his hands at the top of my lungs just so he wouldn't lose his *** an start screaming. Did I mention he realizes when I'm out of the room now and starts to freak out about being alone? :/
