Mine refuses bottles too and i kind of gave up. I was, however, relatively successful with a tommy tippee sippy cup that has a soft spout that the baby can clamp down on and the milk comes out. My child doesn't suck anymore, just chews, and that seemed to work.
DD has always refused bottles. We have tried every trick in the book with several types of bottles with no success. Recently we introduced a sippy cup and it is working really well. With a bottle she would scream when it went near her mouth but from the beginning with a sippy cup, she loved playing with it. A couple weeks in and she can lift it to her mouth and suck fairly effectively but not at the same time. So, sometimes I let her just play with it but when I need her to actually consume something, I hold it for her.
