My favorite combo is Callie Michelle (I really like it!). Second would be Callie Mae (very nice too!). I don't love the flow of Callie Elizabeth, and I don't like Ryleigh (especially that spelling) or Kylee.
Callie is okay, although I prefer it as a nickname for a more formal name like Calliope, Callista, or Calla. I strongly dislike the other two names. Your cute little girl will grow up someday and it would be nice if her parents took her seriously as a future adult. I think Michelle is the best MN with Callie but all your MN options are fine and vastly preferable to Ryleigh and Kylee.

Not loving your FNs - sorry - as they all are very cutesy and juvenile. Your children will grow up one day... can you picture Rileigh on a resume? I think Mae and Elizabeth are your best names of the bunch.
If I HAD to choose... Callie Mae (because honestly, Rileigh and Kylee are just awful). But I would suggest finding legitimate first names where you can use Callie as a NN so she has the ability to use a proper, more sophisticated name if she chooses.

So cute!

From your list I would choose Callie Elizabeth.

How about
Callie Mae?
Would you consider Callie as a nickname? Sounds like one to me. Like naming a boy Jimmy or Robby. You'd assume it was short for James or Robert.
The middle names are okay. I like Elizabeth the best from that list.
I can't say I really like any of the first name choices. They are too cutesy for me. If I had to choose then I guess it would be Callie.
