I like Sadie. It does sound informal but I think it's the best of the three. If you wanted something more formal you could do Sarah nn Sadie.

I don't get the appeal of either Mila or Penelope.

I have the biggest crush on the name Penelope right now, if only I could get DH excited ! So, that takes first place. I like mila okay. I don't like Sadie at all. I think what ruined the name to me is knowing lots of people who name their dog this.

1. Mila I've known 3 born in the past year. I don't hate it but I don't love it

2. Sadie I really really like Sadie. Do you watch Duck Dynasty? His daughters name is Sadie and she's a sweetheart.

3. Penelope HATE WITH PASSION. I don't understand why this is popular. My EX SIL had a baby in October and named her Penelope. My DD couldn't pronounce it properly and calls her "penis pee" now that's all I think. Hated it before that though.
