Well I know a lot of sass kind of flies around with OU and FFC so I thought let?s put up something that is just AWWW ?tastc! Let?s see/hear about all of your fur (or no fur any pets are welcome) babies!
I will kick it off with my 3 adopted ?kids?
Orange kitty-Milo AKA ?The baby cat? he is the world?s best kitty and I get threats of ?cat burglary? every time people meet him because they just want to take him home. Today is his 5th birthday so HAPPY BIRTHDAY MILO!
White dog- Hennessy?yes like the alcohol! She was just about to be put down when we found her. My husband said since we saved her from death row she needed a ?gangster? name so thus she is ?The Baby Hennessy.? We also call her chunky monkey because after we rescued her she went a little crazy with the dog food/treats.
Tan Dog- That ladies is a Chiweenie! What is a Chiweenie you ask? It is a half Chihuahua, half Dachshund. His name is Chu Chu which in Assyrian means ?the monster? which is a perfectly accurate depiction of this little devil. But he is a little love bug to us.
On the left you will see Milo in his natural habitat?sleeping on the sofa in my husband?s office. On the bottom left is the pups waiting for a treat with a nice tail wag action shot! The picture on the right is my favorite picture. It?s what my husband refers to as the mom?s home ?cuddle puddle? because as soon as I sit on the couch after work they all swarm on me to snuggle!
Supper excited to see some more cute pets!
Re: Furry Friends Friday!
I have two furbabies. Ellie (a puggle) and Cash (a Beagle mix). Ellie is the one with the darker muzzle and underbite!
And....they spoon.
Here are my 2 rescue shih tzu mixes, Poppy and Twigs. They are besties!
* shoot, the photo won't show up!*
I love seeing pics of all your fur babies! Too cute!
This is my Sadie pup. I adopted her in 12/11. We think she is almost two. She is a lab mix. She is the sweetest girl. She is very smart and loves to play in our yard. I used to take her on long runs and she would pull me the entire way because she is so fast. I feel bad that I can't run with her anymore.
Beautiful dog!
OMG Spooning puppies! My heart just melted!

I love Furbaby Friday!
My girls are in my siggy. Both of our dogs are rescues; Millie (on the left) is a Springer Spaniel mix and Lucy (on the right) is a Beagle/Dachshund mix.
Millie is 3 and Lucy is 4.
I'm dying over that beagle/dachshund mix! Two of my favorite breeds in one? Win!
I grew up with a Dascshund. She was so amazing. And had a great life of almost 17 years!
Thank you!
I loooove this! All of your furbabies are so sweet! Here is my little gentleman, Baxter (yes, we named him after Anchorman).
This is him in his cubby in our bookshelf in the living room:
This is him being a total creeper in my hallway:

OMG. I'm dead.

She's a great dog... a little too ornery though! She's ridiculously snuggly too. I'm interested to see her (both, really) transition to the baby. I think the first week or so will be an adjustment, but she/they will be great with the baby.
Love his cubby, how adorable! Great name too. Sometimes when one of our dogs barks at DH he'll say: "Baxter, you know I don't speak Spanish".
We have two fur babies at our house.
Duke - He's a black lab that I rescued 10 years ago and we think he is about 11 years old. Most days he just lays around the house but he still love to run and hunt in our big back yard!
Pinto - She came to us last year on Easter Sunday when her mama abandoned her in our yard at only 3 weeks old. We agreed to be her foster parents for two week because we already had a house with two dog and we weren't sure they were cat friendly. ( If we didn't foster her she would have been put down because the APL did not have the resources to bottle feed.) Within 36 hours she managed to get DH to fall completely in love with her and we are now her forever home! She's will always be our first baby! haha!

Sorry it's huge! This is my fur baby who is currently being watched at the vet b/c he swallowed a chicken wing bone he found outside last night. I'm a little worried about him right now! He is my baby for sure.
Finally figured out how to upload photos...

Rosco - Our beagle that we lost in March
Omg!!! I'm in love! Is he a labradoodle?
Mommy of four munchkins!
This is Chloe. She is a full black lab and such a sweet girl. My husband had her before we started dating and I of course fell in love with her. Unfortunately, almost 3 years ago she suffered a stroke to her spine and is now paralyzed from the waist down. She can control her bowl movements and urine and gets around by dragging herself. We have a wheelchair to take her outside so she isn't dragging herself. She's gotten really buff haha. She loves the kids and my 2 year old daughter loves on her constantly, which includes throwing herself onto Chloe and Chloe just eats it up.
This is Troy. We adopted him when he was 6 months old and is a bit of a spaz but we love him and his baby face. He deals with the kids but prefers to be outside during the day and inside during the evening and night. He's a character and he's Chloe's best friend.

This is our sweet Maya. She is half pit-bull and half Australian Cattle Dog (Red Heeler). We love her freckles!

AWW! Is that a mini goldendoodle? Thinking good thoughts about the chicken bone - I'm sure it's something they see a lot. Such a precious face!

Your Chloe is so wonderful, and I love what a great life you're giving her even though she has some difficulties. That just warms my heart. Troy looks like he can get into some mischief.

What a STUNNING dog. And I love that photo!

He's a cavapoo- king charles cavalier mixed with a poodle. They are the cutest and sweetest dogs.
Thank you!! I wanted a goldendoodle originally but they are a little big for where we live. The cavapoos are smaller and have similar temperaments.
Thank you! Yours is super cute too. When we first started looking I told my husband I wanted a dog just like Baxter. I love that name!
Thank you! She definitely a fighter and has a special place in our hearts. I'm glad we decided to give her the life she deserves rather than putting her down like the vet said we should have done. She's happy as can be and is constantly loved on and pampered... more than I am lol. And Troy is a teenager ( in human year) so he can be a handful but he is a great dog and very obedient. Also gives smelly kisses

Diesel is a two and half year old husky who stole my heart from the moment that I rescued him. He has a misformed left front leg bc he got hit by a car and his old owner never took him to get medical care for it but it doesn't slow him down yet so the vet says it stays for now. He sleeps on my bump every night now and SO always whines that he takes up all the bed haha but he loves him too.
Monroe is a 14 year old paint horse. And he too stole my heart from the moment I met him and I thank my best friend and her mom everyday for the gift of him. He too has a bad leg as when he was younger he was being silly and tried to jump out a seven foot fence and got his leg caught forcing him to spend four months in the hospital and another year before he was able to be outside alone again but he's amazing. I swear he knows I'm pregnant and won't let any other horses in his herd near me bc that's his mom and baby. While SO isn't a horse person persay him and monroe bonded over their love of soda...yes my horse drinks soda and eats French fries and ice cream and sandwiches hes slightly spoiled haha. I've had him for 3 years as of June 12 and they have been the best three years ever.
I'm at work, and they won't let me access any social media sites, including photo bucket, so no pics until I get home. That being said:
I've got two lovebugs. The first is Dax (full name Dacso) who is a Viszla. DH bought him for us at the beginning of our third year of law school - my dad says as a bribe to keep me from breaking up with him :-). If you don;t know what a viszla is, here you go: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Viszla (Dax looks like the dog in the top right picture). He's an absolute love who cannot be more than five feet from either me or my DH at any time. And while he's always been more my DH's dog (a product of DH taking him when we broke up and he moved to NYC), he has decided that now I am pregnant, he MUST sleep beside me every night. He'll be six in July.
Our other fur-baby is Leo, who we adopted from the local shelter last January when he was only eight weeks old. When we got him, he looked like a little Newfoundland, and I was thrilled we were going to have a big dog. But he hit fifty-five pounds, and hasn't grown since. Oh well. He has long, brindle hair, a curled tail, and black spots on his tongue, as well as a "ruff" around his neck and crimped hair behind his ears. In short, we have NO idea what he is, other than a goofball. He gets so excited that he has fallen down the stairs (and keeps running as soon as he regains his feet). He also has a highly protective streak, and will "patrol" the house, looking out every window to make sure nothing is approaching. I am already a little nervous about him barking and waking the baby :-)
This is our fur baby, Kenzie. She's a one year old lab mix or some sort, and my hubby and I love her to death.
These are our babies - 2 sisters that we adopted when they were kitties.
The light grey/silver striped one: Sapphire - She is the cutest cat in the world, I swear! She is a serious cuddle monster, & will steal her cuddles whenever she can, including inopportune times like when you are trying to do something on the computer, lol. She loves to cuddle, & will literally reach up and "give us hugs" by putting her paws around our neck! She is adorable!
Black one: Diamond - She is very cuddly also, but in a different way. She loves to cuddle, but will stand/walk around on you for quite awhile before she gets comfortable & lays down. She gives us what we call "Diamond hugs", which is when she just puts her head up against you & stands there. We also call her our "magic sleepy kitty" because if she lays on you, you WILL fall asleep!
They are both super vocal & they "talk to us" or meow, a LOT. Some people say they remind them of Siamese cats by how much they "talk", & I'm not surprised! They are our babies!
I have 3! My two kitties live with me, and my dog lives at my parents (worst part of apartment living). This is Charlie, she's 10 months old:
This is Thor, he's 4 months old. He's Charlie's younger brother:
And this is the love of my life, Buddy. He's going to be 13 in November. I've had him since he was 6 weeks old:
This is my baby, Cody! He is a 7 y/o Golden Retriever. Who couldn't love those deep brown eyes? He is a very obedient and well behaved pooch.
