Moody moody

I am like crazy moody over here. I am extremely happy and excited but little things are setting me off. Texts and emails, clients and DH. Lock me in my room and don't let me out until these hormones balance out. Is anyone else having ups and downs? How are you coping?

  • Congrats and welcome! When I feel the emotions coming usually irritation I start taking deep breaths, exhaling slowly and smile. It helps me to focus on something else the breathing instead of the irritation.

  • My poor DH is taking the brunt of it. These emotions are out of control and the smallest things can set me off. We got him a few books written for the dads. I think it's helping him understand why I'm crazy at the moment
  • OH YES!!! My highs are higher and my lows are lower and everything my husband does irritates me. I had to walk away the other day because he was breathing loudly. I was like you sound like a 300 pound old man that just climbed a flight of stairs. LOL. It is crazy. I agree with putting yourself down for a nap or a bath or stay away from the public. I work with the public everyday too so it makes it even worse when I get home.
