Need an opinion

Hey all,

So I have my order for my blood work and am about to schedule it. My DH thinks that maybe I am calculating my days wrong, so I am hoping you ladies can help. Now not to get too gross but I started spotting brown yesterday evening. Tonight I have noticed redish clots but nothing bright red. I know you shouldn't start your counts until it is bright red, but since I have clots should I count today as Day 1 or Tomorrow? Any insight would be great because I am trying to figure out when to schedule my bloodwork. They said days 3-5 but sadly sunday the lab is closed. Any help would be appreciated!!

Me 29 DH 30 Unexplained IF TTC since wedding May 2012. IUI #1 11/5/13-BFN.  IUI #2 12/5/13-BFN. IUI #3-12/30/14. All three with Femara CD 3-7 and Ovidrel trigger. +HPT 1/13/14 First +ever!!! Beta #1 195 Beta #2 1/15-533. Ultrasound on 2/4 showed one bean. EDD 9/22/14. Team Green turned Team Blue-Baby Conner arrived on 9/19/14.

    Cycle 2.1 Clomid 150mg CD 19-23 + Trigger + TI + Progesterone = BFN
    Cycle 3 7/21/13: Clomid 150mg + Trigger + IUI #1 + Progesterone = BFN
    Cycle 4 8/25/13: Bravelle 75-112iu + Trigger + IUI #2 + Progesterone = BFN
    Cycle 5 9/23/13: Bravelle 75-225iu + Trigger + IUI #3 + Progesterone = BFFN
    Onto IVF - starting injects on Christmas Day

    I always count day one as the day I have to wear a tampon or pad.

    HSG = tubes clear, bicornuate or septate ute; MRI= severe arcuate uterus no septum seen 
    SA #1 low count, low morph;  SA#2 4% Morph, count OK  SA#3 july 2014= NORMAL!!!
    9/2013  IUI#1 w/Clomid 100mg = over response; cycle converted to cryoocyte IVF
    IVF #1: 9/15 ER= 9 mature eggs, all eggs made it thru vitrification
    10/23 ICSI 6 fertilized; 10/28 5dt of two morulas. Hold on to me babies, stick, stick, stick!!
    11/6 BFP EDD 7/14/14 Beta #1= 18; 11/9 Beta #2= 44.8; 11/12 Beta #3= 7 = Early loss @4w6d. No frosties
    Feb 2014 Hysterscopy = no septum seen ute all clear in the inside
     IUI #1.1 4/2/14 Beta on 4/16 BFN
    Thinking about IUI #2  RE advised to try 3?????

    Grr...this sucks cause everything im finding contradicts each other. I can't go in on Monday because I work and there are no early appts. The lab closes at 330 too which is while I am working. I am off Saturday and could go. Do you guys think one day would make that big of a difference?

    This. I know some labs will do baseline anywhere from day 2-5, but I would check in w/your Dr.  Are you seeing an OB or an RE? Just curious, because most RE's around here are open 7 days a week because of having to time things well around various individuals cycles.Hopefully everything turns out ok with the bloodwork for you!

    The tests are from my OB (who I will no longer be going to) but trying to get these tests done ahead of time so I can be ahead of the game for RE appt July 30. I told them about the orders I had and they told me go ahead and get them done. I am also trying to make sure I pinpoint things right cause I have to schedule my HSG between days 7-10 at a local hospital. Depending on how if I count today as Day 1 then Wed (my day off this week) would be days 7 perfect. But if I don't start counting till tomorrow then I will have to try to figure something out with my work for going friday for my HSG because Thursday is a holiday and Saturday I assume the hospital isn't open. I am stressing majorly and have no idea what to do.
