Postpartum Acne

I am about 6 weeks postpartum and am having a TERRIBLE problem with acne on my chest, back, and (as of today) my face!  As if I wasn't already having body image issues...  Is anyone else struggling with this?  If so, what remedies are you using?

    Me! I am having the same battle with acne! So far, I haven't found anything to help sorry. Drinking extra water helps a wee bit bit not much...

    As for my back... it's probably a lost cause but I use a neutrogena facial bar and a back scrubber brush. I suppose it helps but I still have pretty terrible backne.

    I had it horribly after DS1, after 3m I finally gave in and went to a dermatologist. I wish I hadn't waited so long.
