Do you like Leona? How would you pronounce it - Lee-OWN-ah (like Fiona) or Lee-AH-nah (like Leon-ah)?

We love the name Lena but fear we can't use it because my niece is named Leah. I think this is different enough to avoid confusion and doesn't seem nearly as matchy. Also, my mom and sister are both Leos so I think this is a cute way to pay homage to them. Your thoughts?

All are family names. Mae is super common as a MN and I would normally avoid it, but my MN is Margaret, grandmom is Margaret and there are 2 other Maes in the family.
