Sorry to pop in with a super AWish question, but are expired hpts known for giving false positives, false negatives, or it is completely random? And no, this isn't about my ute. I'm asking for a friend because she's incredibly care-free about the whole thing but I need to know, like right now.

    Pink or blue dye? I don't really trust blue dye ones in general. I don't actually know, but with an expired pink one, I think I would be worried about false negatives.

    I think they give false positives or are just invalid.  Either way, I'd go test with something else.

    Met DH - Aug 2001 :: Married - Jan 2010 :: DD born - Sept 2012
