First Period

Hi ladies.  I had a c section on April 10th.  My doctor started me on Seasonique (the pill that you only get your period 4 times a year) 5 weeks after my c section.  He told me I would have break through bleeding for the first month or so but as of Sunday I think I have a full period that hasn't stopped yet.  It is much heavier than my periods pre pregnancy with some clotting.  Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this or if I should give the doctor a call.  TIA
