Anyone else nesting already??

With my DD I didn't start really "nesting" until around 35 weeks. This time around I got my energy back much sooner and all I want to do is clean! It's very strange but I had to scrub my kitchen floor and cabinets and no matter how much I cleaned them I felt like the just weren't clean enough! Of course my husband is loving this lol

Anyone else nesting already?

Yup! We just moved into our house back in February so there is a lot we still need to do to it. Last night when I got home from work i decided it needed to be done now. So I got out the staple gun and fixed the backing on our book selves, unpacked and organized all of our books, unpacked, folded and put away all of our extra blankets and sheets, then sat on the couch shaking for about 20 mins because there were so many other things I wanted to do but was running out of energy. So I made DH go to BB&B with me at 8:30 so I could buy $280 worth of curtains for the house. Yup that will be my project tonight.

I still have a few days where all I do is come home and go to bed but I am definitely starting the nesting stage early!

I'm cleaning like crazy, but I don't think it's a nesting type feeling. My house just went to sh.t and I've finally had a few good days in a row where I could do something about it.

I know it's too early for it to last. Sigh. You'll probably find me glued to my bed and/or puking this weekend.

This was me yesterday, thankfully! I had a big group to do food for and I could have made food for an army. Today however I'm done- on the couch and in and out of sleeping. Looking forward to 2nd tri!

I have a lot of cleaning and organizing I WANT to do but my energy level isn't matching those wants just yet.

I'm only there mentally. I really am eager to tear apart the nursery's closet and finally install the Elfa shelving system I purchased back in January. I also want to go through boxes of small kid's clothing and organize them. And to finally reorganize the office. But I have no energy to do ANY of it

I did ask my cleaning lady to come once every 2 weeks vs. once a month yesterday. That counts as nesting, right?

Thats so cute!! My DH is just playing along with me. He has been a great help but thinks I am a bit silly for wanting this all done now.

I have been nesting in my head haha. I keep coming up with all of these amazing projects I want to do before baby #2 gets here. Nevertheless, every single time my DD goes down for a nap, I take a nap too. I can't quite get my head and body to match up yet. Can't wait to get some energy back so I can tackle all of my projects!

Oh I wish I had the energy. My kitchen is gross (seeing, touching, smelling dirty dishes of any kind makes me gag) and my bathroom is in desperate need to a scrub down.

This was my problem last week! I gagged whenever I went near the sink. Which is why I think I was so obsessed with cleaning the kitchen today!

I am so opposite right now! My house is a pig sty! I just look at it, go "ugh", and climb in bed!
