Health insurance

Hello ladies.. i might be pregnant and i was wondering if anyone know of some health insurance that carries maternity care... i have Anthem but they don't provide it in the state of missouri. plzz help. thanks

    Anthem has maternity, but you have to add it 18 months before you get pregnant. If you can add it now it will be MAJORLY expensive. I would talk to your doc about a payment plan. Or look into Medicaid.

    Ditto PP about seeing if you qualify for medicaid.  If not, ask about a cash pay discount.  Many docs/facilities will give a hefty discount if you pay by cash because they're still getting about the same or even more than the contracted amount they'd get from the insurance company.
