I've been getting AF cramps for four days. No sign of AF. I'm still new to IF. I've been off BCP for a year and a half and nothing "happened". The anticipation is driving me nuts. What could be delaying AF? She's not really delayed I'm due Friday but what's with all the cramping. Maybe cysts?

Re: Cramps but no AF
You're new to Infertility? Has the RE diagnosed you already? If you're not temping, there's no way to know if your temps are declining in AF anticipation or not. I've had cramps since Friday on and off but I know AF will most likely arrive tomorrow because of declining temps. If AF is due on Friday, it's normal to cramp. Some women always have cramping before AF, some cramp during AF and some don't cramp at all. Cycles can change. You can suddenly start cramping, spotting, have longer or shorter cycles, the body changes.
