Need help

I am 6 weeks and 5 days. I went for my first ultrasound on Monday and they saw a heartbeat. I went to the ER yesterday for extreme nausea bc I couldn't keep anything down and was dehydrated. They took blood work and did an ultrasound. They said my hormone levels for pregnancy are high ibdicating that I'm still pregnant. However they said they couldn't see a heartbeat on the ultrasound. They also said the sac the baby is or was in looks irregular. I don't know what to think. I have my follow up visit this afternoon. Anything would help. Thanks
