Help please!

I am 6 weeks and 5 days. I went for my first ultrasound on Monday and they saw a heartbeat. I went to the ER yesterday for extreme nausea bc I couldn't keep anything down and was dehydrated. They took blood work and did an ultrasound. They said my hormone levels for pregnancy are high indicating that I'm still pregnant. However they said they couldn't see a heartbeat on the ultrasound. They also said the sac the baby is or was in looks irregular. I don't know what to think. I have my follow up visit this afternoon. Anything would help. Thanks

    What type of ultrasound did they do on Monday and yesterday?

    It doesn't sound great to have the HB vanish. Perhaps the machine wasn't as good at the ER?

    They did a vaginal one Monday and both vaginal and tummy one yesterday in ER.

    Don't get too stress. Doctors sometimes are wrong. At least you got the blood results indicating that your pregnancy is still going. That is something positive to hold on until you get more tests.

    Really thinking of you . Hope they were just mistaken. Irregular sac shape is usually not an amazing sign! But you can't do more than what you are already doing . Wish you all the best. Hope you have a supportive background . Let us know how you are getting on

      TTC since 9/10 - Me: 29 DH: 33 10/10 - Found out am a carrier of CF, Husband is not! 11 months of trying on own - MC 9/11 - 6 Wks Labs: Normal DH SA: Normal 1st cycle Clomid - 4/12 - BFN 2nd cycle of Clomid (50mg) - 5/12 - Chemical Pregnancy 3rd cycle of Clomid (50mg)- 6/12 - BFN HSG: Clear 4th cycle of Clomid (50mg)- 7/12 - 1st IUI - BFN 5th cycle of Clomid (50mg)- 8/12 - 2nd IUI - BFN 1/13 1st cycle of injects. 150 follitism - cycle cancelled, over stimmed Trying to Conceive Ticker

      Well it's not good news. I am waiting to hear back from my doctor but it looks like it's either a miscarriage or a molar pregnancy. Most likely a molar pregnancy bc my pregnancy hormone levels are abnormally high. She said that's one of the signs and also why I've been having such severe nausea. Either way no baby. I'm just want to know either way now. Trying to stay positive. Thanks everyone for all your thoughts and prayers.
