WW and Asthma Meds vent

I just have to whine

I was doing so well on WW, lost 5lbs the first week, staying on track, etc.

well I had to start my yearly temporary dose of asthma meds and I have GAINED 2 lbs this week despite following the plan perfectly. I am so mad. This is to be expected but GRRRR.

    Oh no.  Prednisone?  It's the devil.

    The only good news is that you know it's temporary and the weight should come back off pretty easily.  Hang in there!

    thanks. No prednisone yet but I find Symbicort to be pretty bad too (and it has the same stuff more or less)

    also, in retrospect I was on prednisone for quite a while when pg

    no wonder I gained so much damn weight!
