kid free vacation

DH and I are going away to a wedding this weekend Thursday to Sunday and leaving the kids with the ILs. They will be fine, but I am so nervous. I don't know if I have enough milk pumped, and I'm just anxious about the whole thing. What would you make sure to do/send with the kids?

     OP... You better make sure that you have more than enough milk pumped unless you are open to your baby drinking formula. I would send extra frozen milk above what you think LO will need. You will also need to bring your pump to pump every time that LO would normally be eating. It's a lot f trouble but may be worth it if you are really needing that time alone with your husband.

    as long as you trust the people you are leaving the kids with and they can provide a safe environment, everything will be fine. Worst case scenario, you can come home early if things aren't panning out like you thought they would.

    Thanks. I'm sending all my milk and a can of formula.

    I don't know if I am ready, but its an adults only event and we have never gone away together. So, we are going to go for it.
