Advice 1st time mum

I am nearly 12 weeks this Friday I will be but think I have a stomach bug. I don't think it is morning sickness because I don't feel that kind of sick I feel like need to go to the bathroom for toilet not to throw up. I'm just wondering if it is that is the baby ok or should I go to the doctors?

    If you're keeping yourself well hydrated, you should be fine.  However, if you're worried, call your OB.  :)  Feel better soon.

    I agree with keeping yourself hydrated and wanted to add that I hope you feel better soon. 

    It should be a rule that pregnant women are immune to germs.

    My daughter gave me a pretty horrible stomach bug a couple of weeks ago. I just rested as much as I could and drank whatever I could keep down. There's no harm in calling your OB, though, if you're worried. Hang in there.

    Thanks to everyone!! I'm feeling so much better. I went to the chiropractor to gt my neck put back in and I think that helped a lot. Well with the neck yes and stomach is feeling so much better now. At least I ate something other then water melon and oranges ha ha ha.

    Thanks again get a bit nervous being a dirt time mum and not knowing what to do sometimes ha ha ha.
