Today, DD and I played in the sprinkler. When it was time to come in, I wrapped the towel around her and she had a blast walking around with it around her shoulders like a cape. When the towel fell off, she started to cry so I put it back around her shoulders which made her cry. She pushed it off her shoulders and cried even more. I replaced the towel - more crying.
Let me get this straight, Claire...you want the towel on, but you don't want the towel on.
WHAT?!?

Lol! It's rough being a toddler. Earlier today, A brought DH a shoe, so DH put it on A. Then A brought him the other shoe from that pair (his sandals). Then, he ran back into his room and brought out his sneakers. Threw a fit when DH tried to tell him he already was WEARING SHOES! Wouldn't let DH take the sandals off to swap for the sneakers either. Tragic.
Makes me appreciate the "Reasons my son is crying" blog all that much more.
