This is a "why me" moment. I have pulled my lower abs. It is one of the most painful things I've ever experienced (and I have chronic kidney stones). I can't sneeze, cough, sit up from laying down, jump, lift something heavy, etc. When I engage my abs it feels like I'm being branded with a hot iron. When they're not engaged, it's a dull ache like ovulation but on both sides . My doc wants me to wait a few days and if it doesn't start improving I will have an u/s to rule out a hernia. Can you please cross your fingers that I don't have a hernia...that will just be another set back for my next cycle.
Stimming should be starting next week...jamming needles into my aching stomach is not a pleasant thought. Aaarrrgggh.
