  I honestly don't know but this sounds cute and I might steal parts of it!

  Go for it! The tutu only took me 3 hours to make. And that was doing it while watching TV. I'm a little addicted now. Plus hobby lobby had rule on dale 50 percent off! Score!

  His theme is "Fiesta".  I ordered him a shirt off of Etsy that has his name on it and some maracas and other fiesta type decorations.

  A T shirt I'm making with a 1 appliqu? (with dr suess material) and his name monogrammed on it. Then I'm making a smash cake outfit - hat, tie, diaper cover out of the same fabric.
