  Post wash volume is based off initial volume, count and motility.  So the only way to increase post wash is to increase pre wash.  The only advice I have for that is what I've given all the ladies here for MFI...  Get your husband on a vitamin regime.  We use Fertility Blend for Men but there is three others out there that all have similar mix of vitamins.  And add CoQ10, our MFI Uro recommended 200mg a day.  Aside from that, just the normal advice...limit drinking, no smoking, no hot tubs or tighty whities.  Avoid laptops on the crotch.  Etc. Etc. Etc.  My mother also told me a medical article she read (she's a nurse) that fruit helps with motility, so you can see if making sure he gets his fruit helps.

  Interesting.. I'll be stocking up on fruit now!
