Dull ache

So I have this dull ache on the left side of my pelvis. I have been getting it on and off since I started injectables. I had it a lot when I was pg before I wound up mc that pg. I primarily get it after or around the time I ovulate. I have has them check before. It hasn't been a cyst or polyp or fibroid, etc. I do have endometriosis. It isn't super painful and I don't always feel it. But I have felt it a bunch in the past few days. Sorry for the tmi but i tend to feel it when I need to use the bathroom. Kind of like a pressure. Has anyone else experienced this or any sort of achyness? I am starting to worry that it is something other than gynocologically related. Trying not to panic but I am kind of a panicky person.

It could be mittelschmertz...I have had this pain every time I ovulate since my early 20's.  I get it on one side or the other.

  • I have endo too and I always have crazy weird pains. I've noticed that its been worse with all the stims and hormones. Your organs can be stuck together, adhesions can be pulling, etc. with the enlarged ovaries from ivf, it could be a little of everything! If it really concerns you, definitely call your RE, but know I'm right there with you!! My ovaries hate me right now!!

Thanks beachy6. Not sure what I would do without you the past week or so! I am going to go with that theory for now and if this cycle doesn't work maybe investigate some more. :
