New to this world!

Hi! I'm just diving into this pregnancy world.  I'm 16 weeks, 35yo.  After about a year and a half of trying, finally success (and the most unexpected month timing wise).  I had decided to explore fertility options (and pretty much given up in my head), but then baby happened and we were shocked.  

It's been a little personal adventure since.  We discovered baby a couple months before we were moving to a new city.  Moving and first trimester blah didn't mix well, but we made it and I'm finally settling into pregnancy and the 2nd trimester boost of energy helps tremendously.  I had an episode of spotting and two ultrasounds in the first trimester, but seemingly smooth sailing since.  

 I'm excited and also feel like I'm hunting and gathering advice and stories of similar experience mostly because I lack a close female peer/support group, so I'm glad to have stumbled to TheBump.  I feel a little less alone in this new city and this new experience.
